The Live Interpreter Room is designed for being able to call a live interpreter for translation rather than using the AI translation. You can link services with providers you already use or purchase packages from TranslateLive. We do offer both spoken language bundles and ASL packages.

Room Description
When to Use the 1 on 1 Room
- When laws require live interpretation or ban the use of AI for translation.
- When a language you need is not supported by TranslateLive yet.
- When things are getting lost in translation and you would like verification or help from an actual person.
- When you need ASL for a person who is deaf or hard of hearing and cannot or does not want to use captions.
Before You Start
- If you already have Live Interpreter services that you use, email support@translatelive.com with the phone number or url you use so we can link it to your device. (**Note: We will need the Room Code(s) of the whatever devices you would like the service added to.
- If you do not have services but need them, reach out to your sales representative or support to purchase a package.
How to Use the Live Interpreter Room
- Once you have services linked you will simply press the “Call Live Interpreter” button. You will be added to a queue and connected to a Live Interpreter shortly.
