Family Introduction Letter

When to Use
Send at the beginning of the school year to introduce families to Instant Language Assistant (ILA) and explain how they can communicate with the school in their preferred language.

How to Use
Customize the letter with your school’s information, include your ILA QR code or link, and send it home with students, email it to families, or upload it to your school’s communication platform and website.

When to Use

How to Use

When to Use
