How to Use

When to Use
Include in first-day packets, registration materials, Open House folders, Meet the Teacher events, or any family welcome materials.
How to Use
Replace the sample QR code with your school’s ILA room QR code, print copies, and distribute to families. You can also email the PDF or post it on your school website, social media pages, and any teacher communication platforms.
School Newsletter Insert
When to Use
Include in your first school newsletter and throughout the year whenever you want to remind families about available language support services.
How to Use
Insert the graphic directly into your digital or printed newsletter. Pair it with your school’s ILA QR code or link so families know exactly how to access language support.
QR Code for Language Access in Multiple Languages
When to Use
Post anywhere families may need immediate language assistance, including front offices, registration areas, cafeterias, health clinics, parent resource centers, and event check-in tables.
How to Use
Copy and paste the translated instructions that best match your school community and place them next to your ILA QR code. This helps families quickly understand how to scan the code and select their preferred language.
